I was able to find all the products that I was looking for, even some products that I could not find anywhere else. Also, the store is very welcoming along with the staff. It is nice to go to a store and have knowledgeable staff who provides you answers and alternative solutions for your project. Extremely happy with my experience. For sure I will be back.

Great staff, short wait time, pleasant surroundings.

My birds like your seed better than cheaper brands. If the birds don’t like the seed, they won’t come to the feeders. Guess I have them spoiled. Or they have me trained.

The helpful staff knows my name, it is quick excellent service and they always help getting heavy bags to my car which is great. The lovers lane store and staff are the reason I shop in the store, never order online.

Just such a great store. super knowledge staff and excellent products. Shopped there since it was new in Dallas and continue to shop and recommend. Been to a couple other WBU’s around the city and US and while I have always been happy with them…none compare to the Dallas store.

Knowledge of employees; excellent products; enjoy atmosphere of the store and it gives me ideas I can implement.

Im always welcome and made to feel like family when I arrive. I’ve been shopping at WBU for decades and have never been disappointed. I’m 75 years old now and using a cane. The staff is always kind and considerate by helping me get everything into the car. I’m very grateful to have WBU in my bird loving life.
