I love the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I like to look at the photos displayed and tips on the white board. The products are high quality. My son did a Science Fair project in second grade using four different birdseed purchased at various stores and tracked how much seed was consumed at each feeder. WBU birdseed was hands down the winner.

I was met at the door and helped immediately. E.ployees knew exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in 5 minutes

The staff practices and encourages Covid-safe practices in a friendly way. The merchandise is comprehensive yet organized so that it is easy to move throughout the store while practicing social distancing. The owner is fun to talk to and very knowledgeable - she writes bird-related columns in the local newspaper.
