First of all, I was surprised and delighted to receive a "Birthday gift" of 5 lbs of seed - thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and generosity. I especially appreciate the helpfulness of the employees in answering questions re: the different types of seeds for our particular location and concerns. I also like browsing through the interesting and affordable "extras" in your store all related to "birding" for folks (like me) who love and enjoy these beautiful creations of God.

The gentleman at the door was so gracious, letting me know about the specials available. Check out was a breeze and the lady at the desk was very helpful with my question of the birds visiting my yard. There were pictures that she directed me to that helped identify the little birds I was curious about. What a great visit. Thank you.

It is a pleasure to visit your store. Whenever I’m looking for items other than bird food, I’m always steered in the right direction by a staff member. Any questions about this new item are answered, especially what type of food best uses the product, i.e. a specialty feeder for a woodpecker uses the no melt suet. Looking forward to having my mother and her baby woodpecker come use their new feeder!
