The store is consistently well stocked and the employees are always attentive and knowledgeable. They ask what kinds of birds you've had in your yard, and generally express great interest in your own birding experience and success. They always carry my case of seed cylinders out for me, which is nice because it's really heavy. I am extremely satisfied with this store.

I’ve been going to this store for years and years....it is convenient and has much of what I need...... over the years I have lost out on some items no longer available........fiber sheets for bird nesting source container.....and deeper side cut plastic water trays, pole/ stand for water trays ..... etc. your suet cakes have gotten way to expensive.

I wanted a replacement of a feeder. It turned out that my broken feeder was produced by this company and my salesperson went to the back and came up with my new part! wow! just what I wanted!
