I love this store--their products, their concern about customers, the friendliness of the employees. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products, and they share their expertise in such a kind, friendly way. The variety of products is also intriguing. The specialties change regularly--greeting cards, water fountains, etc.

Had exactly what we wanted for a house warming gift. Recipients love it.

It was easy as pie! I called and ordered and paid, later I drove over there (about 5 blocks) parked and called, and the employee brought out my big bag of Supreme bird seed mix. She put it in my back seat and voila! Thanks for the curbside service, since I am 88 and my children don't like me going into stores.

The staff were very friendly. The person who helped me in the store seemed to have good knowledge about birds and the products in the store. I'm a new bird watcher/feeder at home, so it was nice to feel assisted but not at all judged as a novice.
