Didn't get the email back to tell us when to come pick it up. We finally called the store about 3 hours later. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but I was waiting to know it was OK to come before I came and it kinda messed up my busy schedule (hehehe). Now... it is possible they were busy! So not really a big deal. But a little annoying.

There were no prices on the shelves for suet cylinders or fruit/nuts cylinders. Store associate did not know the price, so she had to scan the items to learn the price. I don't understand why prices are not displayed on shelves. If necessary, you could display both the regular price and the membership price.

This Katy store is VERY tiny. Too much product crammed into a tiny amount of square footage. Very difficult to shop inside. Too many customers in the store made the situation worse. Salespersons were overly helpful to the point of being pushy and aggressive; I was made uncomfortable and my personal space was violated. Shoppers like me prefer to have their personal space, quietly browse, and just take it all in visually. Birding is supposed to be relaxing; shopping should be, too. This location is so small and crammed full of junk that just having two employees and only one customer forces everyone to trip over each other. Too many customers in the store at the same time made it even worse and was unbearable. Not safe social distancing at all. Customers not wearing masks, and employee had mask pulled down to expose the nose but not the mouth. I will not return to shop INSIDE this store. I might order online with curbside pick-up only, if I go back at all. Store was out of item desired – double shepherd hook topper with decorative vines. Will shop only at Memorial City location going forward. Putting effort and money into a larger space would make a huge improvement. Thank you
