I love the new store set up. The employee, younger male, has helped me twice and couldn't be any kinder or more helpful. Going there and shopping just makes me smile and I love sitting in the yard watching the birds!! I am slowly building up to various types of feeders.

This store is very convenient for me and staff is always very courteous and friendly and willing to help with any questions i may have. I definetly will recommend this store to my friends who are bird watchers

The staff is friendly and helpful. They stand behind their products and provide tips for using them. They are birders and have a true interest in supporting birds and their habitats.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was lightning fast. And the quality of the product ( hummingbird feeder) is outstanding.
