Staff was extremely knowledgeable about what birds and timing of their arrival here in Houston for the winter. Also what birds prefer what type of foods.

All the folks at my Houston store 14032 Memorial Dr. are amazing! Kind, caring, friendly and very helpful. Since Covid I have utilized home delivery a few times and I must say I am so pleased with how incredible that experience has been. Easy to park. Get in and get out with what I needed. Helpful staff who know so much more than I do about birds. Pleasant store to go into and I like helping a small business rather than order from AMAZON.
