The new management had a lot of nice items. I am bummed I missed the three owl deal but overall very happy.

The staff is welcoming and all my questions were answered. I found all the items I came to shop for. Plus, we had an enjoyable conversation about local birds.

I get the greatest pleasure from the moment I enter the store. Friendliest staff ever, very knowledgeable, and I get to see great videos of seasonal birds. Great selection of product. Product is fresh and moth free. Will continue to shop here and tell any friends. I did not place order online or phone but could not go forwrd on survey without answering that question (#2). My husband and I just drove there and purchased our product.
