Wild Birds Unlimited

The WBU at Memorial is my preferred location for any backyard birding needs. The service is always excellent; the staff is knowledgeable; and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. I recommend WBU, and particularly this location, to anyone I speak to regarding backyard birding needs.

Ordered it one day, received it at my doorstep the very next day! Lucky for me, I live not far from the store, but it was nice to not have to go out. And free delivery!

Actually went directly to the store. Your survey doesn't allow that selection. Very impressed with the ambiance, the welcoming, and the knowledge of the staff. Nice, pleasant surprise during these unsettling times.

Order was quickly filled with quality products.

I was able to get in and out very easily. The store had the gifts I wanted and they were already pre-wrapped. The salesperson was very courteous and knowledgable about the products and offered to wrap up another gift, but it was for my household so it wasn't necessary.

The store was very attractively decorated, well stocked, staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Took a personal interest and asked which birds I was seeing. Nice visit!

I had a great time shopping. I loved looking at the merchandise and I was able to purchase what I had come in for. The store is a fun place to be - the products of high quality. Best of all, was Karen, who spent a lot of time with me, provided me with all the information, assistance and suggestions that I needed and in general made my experience more than pleasant. She gave me ideas for the future too. I have been sitting in my yard enjoying even more bird visitors. I will be back!

Manager told me what is best bird seeds and what is not good. I bought first bag at the grocery store. Now, I’m using using what is recommended. Now, I’m waiting for the birds to find my feeder.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also had what I needed.
