The staff is very helpful! I like that they can look up previous purchases in case I forget what type of seed I bought before. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

The store personnel greeted me upon entering the store and answered the questions I had about the feeders I was interested in. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. I was very pleased with my purchase and although I haven't seen too many birds yet. I went to the WBU website for answers on proper feeder placement and how long it could take before birds appear (they might be night feeding birds). I know I will be visiting the store again. My Orange-crowned Warbler loves the Bark Butter, the Blue Jay loves the Bark Butter Bits and I now have 5 Pine Siskin and 8 American Goldfinch since putting out the finch seed.
