I used to shop at the Katy, TX store but sadly it has closed. That said, I had a great experience at this store, they had the merchandise I needed, were friendly and polite and let me go on and on about the birds at my feeder, I am sure they hear this from everyone 100 times a day LOL. I also got some tips on the bat house I purchased at Christmas. Overall, a great experience

I have been a long time customer of the Katy store that recently closed.. I chose this store because it was the next closest to me; however, I utilized the delivery option. From my first phone call with Karen, helping me with the transition and to Sarah, who called to ask if everything was okay with my delivered purchase, I have been amazed by the excellent customer service that I have received thus far. Looks like I made a good choice!

The order was delivered quickly and correctly. I received a phone call from one of the owners shortly after I received the order, to introduce herself, and make sure everything was good with the order.

We love visiting our friends at Wild Birds Unlimited! Always friendly and we learn something new every trip. Fresh merchandise with a back story is always interesting. Both shops are gorgeous! We love how the owners Richard and Robbie Edie make both of their stores a destination. We also appreciate their contributions to Edith Moore Bird Sanctuary. Lisa, Karen, Sarah and Jessica take very good care of us. ❤️
