It's a very interesting store, with every aspect of the life of birds shown and offered. Love to just go in and see what's new. A superior store in every way!

The lady who took our order was very helpful. She wore her mask and was very nice to bring the order out to our car. We are always pleased with the products and services at WBU. Thanks for all that you are doing to help your customers during the pandemic!

The staff at the Kirkwood store is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I love the records that are kept on my purchases so I don't have to remember what products I've purchased in the past. Keep up the great work!

I think the management has changed for the better in the past two years or so. There are two ladies running the place now, and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. The customers are helped immediately upon arrival. The bird bucks are great. My husband even likes going in and he doesn't like anything. The Siler Forest earrings are very pretty and I try to buy a pair every time I come in, which is about once a month.
