I shop at the Memorial/Kirkwood store in Houston. I'm a very novice 'birder' so appreciate the helpful employees at this location. Karen has always been very polite, pleasant, helpful, answers my questions, gives me several options on birdseed combos, etc. During the covid shutdown, she recommended the 'eliminatior' birdfeeder when I mentioned we had a lot of squirrels in our neighborhood so I purchased one and am so pleased! Also purchased the pagoda hummingbird feeder on her recommendation and am very happy with that feeder also. Great shopping experience with other employees at this location also. Thanks!

I was shopping for a b-day gift for my sister. The salesperson was SO helpful. My sister loved the no-mess seed and feeder - perfect fit. I saw the bee section and plan to buy the beekeep thing for my MIL.
