I always look forward to a visit to the store, lovely store, staff & merchandise.

I left a note on my order concerning the measurements of the bird feeder I was ordering, and an associate at the store promptly called me with dimensions. After my order was delivered, I received another phone call to see if everything in the order arrived safely. That's what I call above and beyond service!!

I have shopped at this store located at the corner of Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford for a few years, and the service is outstanding. The staff is super friendly and always helps you carry the merchandise to your car. They always have a good selection of merchandise.

The reason I won't be ordering again within 60 days is that I prefer to make a larger order to reduce the number of shipments, not because the Houston store is in any way unsatisfactory. I am continuing to buy from Houston rather than the much closer Baton Rouge location because the BR store is not currently offering 20-lb bags of myseed online, and the price difference more than compensates for the small shipping charge from Houston.
