I already knew what I was going in for. But I still shopped around a little. I forget the lady's name who helped me. She was so friendly! Everyone is always friendly there! I had a good feeling going in the store and a better feeling coming out. What a great store and a great staff!

I’ve always been pleased with WBU because it’s not just a shopping experience but and educational experience as well. So nice to go to a place where the staff are so knowledgeable and happy to share info. Never feel rushed.

The store looked great. Organized and attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful and we got what we came for and a few extras.

The website is easy to navigate with products broken up into categories. It was a simple point and click. I missed the call, but someone called the day of delivery to make sure all was ok - very impressive. And I got unexpected surprise gifts which was a nice surprise.

Sales associates greet you and ask what you are looking for. Very helpful and wanting to answer any questions. I will say there are times I just want to look around and sometimes feel that they are stalking me which makes me a little uncomforable. I would probable buy some gifts if I didn't feel that they are watching my every move.

The customer service at this store is outstanding: very prompt shipping; will call if there is a question about the order; call after delivery to assure the customer is pleased with the order.
