we have been trading with this store for years. Probably 15 ! Its always fun and I always get more than what's on my list. The people there are friendly and they know what's in the store and can tell you about it. Very informative about their merchandise. I love buying gifts there!!!!!Not just birdseed.

The variety of seed when I visit online is want I want to order. When I require additional feeders and type of feed, it is available. In addition I have recently been happy and pleasantly surprised with a “hot seed squirrel”I ordered recently. Within a day we have a variety of birds enjoying it: Carolina wren, House Finch, Yellow Rump Warbler, Chickadee, Mockingbird, Goldfinch. What “secret property” does the little hot seed squirrel carry? I hope you continue to sell the hot seed squirrel. I would love to buy another one. ***several years ago we bought a set of chimes from your store. They are a beautiful addition to our home on the side of the patio. Very well made

I always get a call from the store after delivery to confirm that the delivery was good. They usually put a short, pleasant, hand-written note in the box. A nice, human touch.
