We absolutely adore this store and the helpful staff that is always there for us. We find everyone ready to answer questions and assist is find anything we need, helpful suggestions are also welcomed. There will never be another birding store that we like better. WBU is the place for is!

We have been shopping with them for years. We are always greeted by the staff. They carry products that we can't get where we live. It is always an enjoyable experience.

I've been shopping at this WBU store since it opened 25+ years ago. Love all the staff! Long term staff know my name when I visit the shop and everyone always provides excellent customer service. I'm a customer for life!
