Service personnel seemed obviously put out that we didn't have the receipt. We asked that they look up our account as it was purchased 2 days ago. We took the purchase and were told that next time we needed the receipt.

I had cut out a coupon that was for 20% off for any full priced item in the thru 12/31/21.when I presented it at checkout, the clerk told me it wouldn't work on this item! Why? They didn't have very many! Not only was the shelf filled with two deep all across the shelf.

Got a notice that the order was received but no notification of sending it. The birthday present recipient has not received anything yet. No communication for the gift card that was supposed to be sent
