Limited inventory quantity. On a few items I wish I could have bought two of the items only one was stocked. The staff was great eager to help.

The store looked bare, and I think the hot pepper suet I purchased (which was very expensive) might have been stale or no longer good as the birds aren’t touching it. I also wasn’t greeted immediately even though the store was empty.

Does the dog always need to be at the store? Sorry, I’m a dog owner, but I think your dog is annoying—always sniffing and jumping up.

I tried to pay with my debit card, it didn’t work on the reader where I inserted my card. I told the person Che king me out, that my debit card always works, and added, I just used it at two stores before I bought birdseed. The attendant said “it must be a problem with your bank” I assured her it was not. I had to use my credit card to pay.😞 . I used my de it card at two more stores after I left the bird store. I was dissatisfied.

I’m not unsatisfied with my experience at all. The “not likely” response just means I’m in good shape and don’t expect any more needs.
