I live in Minnetonka area. There are two birds stores near me. They are nice too. However I decided to shop at your store. If your store is near me, I will be highly satisfied.

I'd like to be able to get the full size tubs of suet (not just half size)

I was satisfied. I likely will not be returning for some time because I picked up everything I need and won't need to come back

I really like the store, but it has a very quiet and subdued vibe. It's not really a knock against it, but that's why I said "satisfied" instead of "highly satisfied." I love the selection, but it sometimes feel a little light. And I love the products and truly believe they're the best out there, but you do pay a premium for that, and sometimes that feels a little too high.

The person working seemed a little odd and made me feel uncomfortable.

Pricing is in the upper spectrum, but the club price of $25 brings a discount. Does that discount offset the higher price? i haven't decided as yet.

I purchased a seed column and bag of shelled seed with the red pepper and the birds won't touch it. I was really excited that the squirrels would stay away....but so are the birds. I am really frustrated.

Everything was very good. Maybe a bit quick to turn negative on big box stores and their products

I was delighted with the store and the store representatives. I was particularly pleased that they had a mask policy in place even before the governor's order, because I had been nervous about walking in to pick up my items. It was really nice of the rep to take my things to the car for me too. The only complaint I have is that the pictures of the items on the website are very tiny and can't be zoomed in on.

Everything is very expensive.
