I'm a new bird fan. Staff helped me understand all sorts of bird feed options. They worked! I've got hummingbirds and finches like crazy!

The new owner of your Eden Prairie, MN, store is a gem. Highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He is really motivated to making improvements within the store.

Just the ridiculous price of the 2 small bird feeders I bought being almost $110.00! Seed over $50. It takes food off my own table so not sure I can continue with feeding the birds.

The online shopping experience was frustrating. I don't appreciate having to complete a profile in order to see pricing, thus giving you my email address so you can spam me with marketing emails.

I love the store! The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are really "top dollar." Way higher than similar items in non-specialty stores, even though they carry some of the same good products. Product selection in your store is excellent. Just very high priced.

My membership had expired just days before my visit. I think it would be better customer service to give me notifications if I’m about to expire

I was disappointed there was not a sale like the one in Minnetonka.. I realize you are independent, but then I went to 2 stores
