The friendly knowledgable staff welcomed me when I entered the store. The visiting expert (Stan T) answered questions for me. John held the door for me as I walked out with my purchases. The check out staff was very friendly and fast.

Huge improvement with new owner taking over - cleaner, more merchandise, much friendlier atmosphere! I would like more bird related gift items - jewelry, ornaments, etc.
