The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find a fresher food for my finch feeder. The finches are actually eating from the feeder I purchased at this store a few months ago. I will be going back for a suet feeder soon.

Staff showed interest in my selection of bird seed. He could explain what birds would likely be attracted by different seeds during transition to fall. He voluntarily offered a sample bag of seed i didn't select so I could experiment.

Friendly, helpful salesperson. Everything I needed was in stock. Helped me get my purchase to my car.

The lady was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in a total newbie to birds. I knew only that I finally had the opportunity to put a feeder up in my backyard. Other than that...not a clue. She walked me through my options and educated me on everything a beginner needs to know.
