The knowledgeability and quality of the merchandise far exceeds the big box stores. It's worth, to me at least, the somewhat higher cost

I was greeted warmly by the store owner upon arrival and conversed about birding in general and backyard bird feeders specifically. I was given knowledgeable answers to all of my questions and purchased products I couldn’t wait to get home and use.The WBU store in Eden Prairie is a place I look forward to visiting and also telling people about. I re-enrolled in the annual discount program because of the value.

John was very helpful in assisting us with buying a new pole system. He always takes his time when we call and mails items we need as we are unable to drive to the store. Absolutely excellent service that is so appreciated.

The gentleman at the store is highly knowledgeable with regards to birds because he does birding himself. He has a very gentle nature takes the time to patiently explain any and all questions that we have without ever being condescending or overly pushy with regards to purchasing items in his store. Always assist us with carrying merchandise out into the car. In fact it is his personality that will make us continue to return to the store time and time again

It’s a lovely store and I love the hummingbird feeders I bought from there. Quality, easy to clean. And-they stand behind their products. Any probs. and they are easy to deal with and will replace if needed. I also buy the sunflower seed mix and my birds love it.

I love the sweet dog who is the new addition to the store! She’s such a sweet dog! So fun to be greeted by such a loving puppy dog! The new owner is great too and was very helpful!
