Love the atmosphere and the dog greeter! Lol!

I like the quality of the bird seed, the bird feeders (and the selection of feeders), and the knowledge of the staff. One time, a cone of seed i had purchased broke in half when i opened the package at home, and the next time i was in the store i mentioned it to the owner who replaced it with no questions asked.

Highly satisfied with service. Manager helped with additional information. Always pleased with purchases done with him at his store.

Everything I wanted was in stock and the entire visit took only 5 minutes.

I was shopping for a birthday present for my wife who is a naturalist. I’m a bit ignorant but the lady working the store took time to talk about some possible items and did a great job educating me. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had. Thanks!

I love this store even though I live in North Iowa and I also like the free shipping on orders over $75.00. This store is very clean and well organized and they are very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. I just wish there was a store closer to where I live.
