Wow! What quick service and delivery!!! I looked everywhere for this specific bird feeder in Rochester and on-line when mine broke. (got in from WBU Rochester about 4 years ago) So happy I found it and got it quickly just in time for the arrival of the birds!! I love this design and wouldn't be satisfied with any other one.

We love the convenience of having our purchases shipped to our home during the pandemic. There is always high quality bird seed to choose from. The variety of bird seed for different seasons and different species of birds is wonderful. There are also great feeders for birds and other wildlife.

Location is nearby. Store is well stocked and clean. Owner and staff are friendly and. Very knowledgeable about products.

Store was clean and appeared well stocked. We came in for a very specific item and the owner was quick and showed us exactly what we were looking for AND how to set it up. Hope to return later this spring for another feeder or do. The owners dog was a complete delight and made the experience even more meaningful and fun!

Very friendly employee who helped me with bird seed. I was given a free bag of mess-free birdseed for signing up with their frequent buyer program, which was nice. I would have liked to see more hanging feeders, though, as I think the selection in the store is very limited.

I feel immediately welcomed and comfortable in the store. My questions are always answered with expert advice. I enjoy the product selection.
