The people I communicated with from inside the store were SO patient and accommodating. My order arrived in great shape. If I would need help I would not hesitate to contact the Eden Prairie store.

The CS rep was highly knowledgeable. She walked me through the pros and cons of what I wanted to buy. And she gave me options I didn’t know existed.

The gentleman that assisted on the phone was very nice. He offered to drop off my purchase to save me from making the trip since he was going to be in my area. He went above and beyond what I expected to receive for customer service. Thank you so much!
