Everyone there is very helpful, including the owner. One thing I would suggest is to enable a search for online shopping. I typed in "Finch", "Finch Food", "Finch Birdseed" and "Finch Mix" and nothing came up. I was looking for the white gallon jug in the photos. Seriously did not even know this came in large bags but they would be too awkward to fill feeders so not interested in those.
