I was happy to receive the 2 pounds of free bird seed, along with the 20% off coupon in the mail, which I utilized! The previous sales clerk was especially good about going above and beyond, in giving me a phone number and web site for a WI company that could make a new covering for a birdhouse that needed to be adjusted to enable it to be cleaned.

I had come in to just purchase a humming bird feeder and left with a iron bracket for the deck to hang a bird feeder and a bird bath. I had a lot of questions and the manager was patient in answering all my questions.

our son had requested the gift card for his birthday, it was so nice, when the store personnel called me to affirm where we wanted the gift card sent............ great customer service.

I went to the La Cross store a short while ago and was very impressed with it. I was SO happy that there was a store closer to me. My order was placed and delivered in a very timely manner - nice handwritten notes inside the packaging :)
