I bought a heated bird bath and when I was cashing out the clerk asked me f I wanted the bird bath that sits on the ground or on a deck. I had picked up the wrong one and without his inquiry I would have discovered I bought the wrong style when I got home. I also inquired about purchasing parts for one of my bird feeders and I was given the parts at no cost. I went home and repaired my bird feeder.
