I have been very impressed with the high customer focus and leadership at the Eden Prairie store. The owner enthusiastically shares his knowledge and is an excellent ambassador for birding.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the bird feed - I've feed the birds on my farm for many years and since I switched to Wild Birds Unlimited feed I've had SO many more birds at my feeders - and ones that I WANT at my feeders!

The guy who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out what I wanted by explaining different options to me.

First of all, Lacey the dog is just wonderful. Second, I’m a newbie when it comes to birds and I had great help explaining what works and why.

I always look forward to visiting the Wild Birds Unlimited store in my community. Jon, the owner, and his staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love to look at all the displayed merchandise to get ideas for myself and gift ideas for others. I very much appreciate the Daily Savings Club and really enjoy my Birdbucks. I wish I could offer some constructive feedback for improvement but I can not think of one thing to improve upon. I greatly appreciate the attention to health safety, too! Just keep on doing what you are doing!!! Oh, and the birds at my backyard feeders have multiplied based on the the products and bird feed from WBL!
