Our order came packaged nicely and with a handwritten note and additional instructions that were really helpful. It was signed by “Jon” and that personal touch was thoughtful and appreciated. Great experience!

The selection of merchandise and the knowledgeable sales staff.

Explained that the birds were scattering the niger thistle feed on the ground and eating just ground up sunflower seeds. She went directly to bags of ground sunflower seeds.

We were looking for a specific product as a gift for our son. We misunderstood the website listing but at no point did the staff make us feel like we were wrong - which we were. They gave us numerous suggestions that might fit our son's situation and we eventually settled on the APS pole system. We are so grateful for all of the time the staff spent with us and we can't wait to return to the Eden Prairie store to purchase an APS system for ourselves. Thank you!

Fast & accurate

We were getting ready for the spring return of the wrens and bought a new wren house, which was a little price, but maintenance free so that was nice. A short time later bird houses went on sale. Had we known they were going on sale we may waited for the sale and may have bought two at a sale price

I am welcomed to the store and staff checks in with me. I appreciate the change in stock and cleanliness of the store. Prices are a little higher than I might find at a large box store but quality is often better and very personal experience.

We were very impressed with your bird feeder system. We were looking for a feeder too attached to the deck of our new home. We wanted something that was going to be off the ground but yet hanging away from the deck as to not have some thing fall on our deck that would attract squirrels. We were extremely pleased with your system and attachments and how well thought out they were!
