We have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited for years. The merchandise is always high quality compared to other stores. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

The employee that assisted us at the Eden Prairie location was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us as we talked through our needs and desires for our yard. We came away with much more merchandise than we had intended on purchasing, but the purchases were all motivated by a desire to help ensure the health and well-being of the birds in our area. We'll definitely be back each time we need food refills. As a side note - a friendly dog in-store is probably the best un-sung benefit to this location.

The owner presence takes me back to a time where folks knew each other by name. He is always offering to answer any questions we may have, including subjects needing more research. I will always patronize owners who care.

The owner, Jon, went above and beyond! I was buying a replacement base for my feeder because the original one broke. He suggested I take a picture of it as it may qualify for a refund. I did this and I am eligible for the refund! I believe he knows the merchandise in his store. I will definitely be a customer at this store!

The staff is always amazing… I look forward to my trips to the store. Lacy, the dog, is a bonus 😊
