The quality of the merchandise is very good. The WBU pole system is Fantastic! The customer service is very good. The staff are very knowledgeable. There is not the availability of products that I would like at this time, but I understand this is because there is a significant lack of supply availability.

I had an issue with my computer so I called. They were very helpful in getting my order together,and also helped setting up my account. I was very satisfied with the patience they provided. Great service, much appreciated.

I was greeted as I entered. The clerk asked what I needed and if they could be of assistance. She advised me on some of the birdseed. Check out was easy. She asked if I needed assistance taking it to the car.
