The staff is always so inviting and kind. They have such a high level of knowledge and are always willing to answer my questions, offer advice, and help me get the best products. I really enjoy visiting this store!

I really appreciate the special phone call to make sure I was aware that the bird seed I was ordered wouldn't be the best one for the feeder I was ordering. Thanks so much. Love the new feeder.

I love that they know me by my name. I love having the dog to interact with at the store! And they are always honest with what I need or don’t need and why.
