Mostly the experience and helpfulness of the staff. I purchased a feeder and they put it together for me before I left the store and carried my heavy items to my car!!

Any product (including coffee mugs, magnets, etc) have always been top notch! We were replacing bird feeder poles that black bears have bent to unrecognizable figures. We have purchased many items from Wild Birds at various locations for years.
