The staff there is so friendly and helpful!!

I find the staff friendly and welcoming; they are always knowledgeable about the products they carry and offer suggestions and solutions to any problems I might have. I also enjoy the cats that live at the store - they greet customers and solicit pets from those who are so inclined to oblige, like me!
