Went in there Ralph greeted me and I talked to him for 15 mins about different bird things and what is good. I said the knowledge I have about birds, he said the knowledge that he has about birds. Then went on and bought the products that I needed to make more birds at my feeding spot. Everything is high quality and I love that a lot is made in USA, all of your stuff should be. Will be back in the next couple of days.

I really loved the ambiance of the store and the employees were so friendly! They even helped me work out which birdies were at my feeder!

I' m comfortable shopping there because of the personnel is greatly trained and answered all my questions, also the merchandise is fantastic.
