I had shopped at the Sicklerville store many times, so I already knew what I wanted to order. My order came sooner than stated. I will miss the Sicklerville store, though, being so close so I could actually go to the store. The Cherry Hill store is further away.

Friendliness availability of products very nice staff. And most of all dog and cats. Also seems to be a social gathering place even in this pandemic time, wish we could have her get together coffee night there one time or wine

The feeders are high quality and just what I wanted. One perch was broken on one of the feeders. The part was replaced and the feeder is in use. Customer service was friendly and promptly resolved my problem.

Three process is easy. The pickup was prompt and contact free. Person bringing out the birdseed was very courteous.

Lisa and her staff our friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I asked for an item they don't normally stock and they went out of their way to make sure it was available for my next visit. Also, very knowledgeable about what is happening in the backyards in the area. Comparing notes and experiences is why I go to WBU.
