I love this store, the folks who run it and the things they sell. It’s a welcoming place in a crazy world and I’m grateful for WBU every time I stop in there.

Very helpful and friendly

Friendly, welcoming staff that knows the merchandise and can provide useful information about it. The store has a very good array of merchandise and it's fun to peruse the entire store, even if I'm just there to buy bird seed. The customer service couldn't be better. I can sometimes find the same product cheaper elsewhere, but I prefer to support this store because I want to make sure it stays in business for a long time!

They had everything I needed, plus I had my $5 birthday coupon.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The lady that was assisting us was sharing her birding knowledge with us and helped us figure out how to keep ants off our hummingbird feeder. It was a great visit and can’t wait to go back!
