Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance. Merchandise selection was very good and provided a good variety of worthy products. All in all, most credit goes to having such quality staff.

ALTHOUGH SOME OTHER STORES MAY CARRY BIRDSEED, NOWHERE ELSE HAS THE ASSISTANCE AND KNOWLEDGE THAT WILD BIRDS PROVIDES (AND THE PRODUCT QUALITY TOO!). WE ARE WILLING TO PAY A LITTLE MORE TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER AND TO RECEIVE SUCH ATTENTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I USUALLY GO TO OUR STORE MYSELF BUT THIS TIME MY HUSBAND WENT IN ALONE AND THEY HELPED MAKE SURE HE WAS GETTING THE CORRECT SEED CHOICE AND SIZES THAT WE USUALLY BUY, AND HE CAME AWAY FEELING REALLY CONFIDANT HE GOT THE RIGHT ITEMS THAT I NEEDED THANKS TO THE ASSISTANCE THEY GAVE HIM. THEY ARE AWESOME!
