Staff usually greet me by name and manage to give me their undivided attention despite how busy it can get. They are all pleasant and knowledgeable. It always brightens my day to see them.

The awesome and often unique merchandise, selection and amazing staff. I love going to WIN in Cherry Hill, NJ. I always leave happy.

We were met by the store owner, who was extremely patient with us, explaining different options for the feeder station we were creating. She was thoroughly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We never felt that she was pushing a more expensive option than we needed. She and an intern helped bring our purchases out to our car, capping off a very positive experience.
