Staff is knowledgeable and kind and warm and caring!

My wife and I are just starting out in our birding adventures. We’ve been to the store twice already. This is the best retail experience we’ve had in a very long time. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Everything from the organization/cleanliness of the store, the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of products offered is amazing. Glenn was a huge help in educating us, answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We’re already loving our setup and seeing birds we never knew existed in our area.

It’s always been my favorite bird store, everyone is so pleasant and helpful.
