The store manager, Lisa, and all of her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is my favorite place to shop!

Came in during trade your feeder days. Was welcomed as always by both people and cat. Was teased greatly about the shape of my trade in...it really was sad. They helped me with a new feeder and feed. This time my husband happened to be with me and got a good dose of the "bird store" He kept saying to me ..I didn't know there was this much stuff for birds, why doesn't the cat try to get out, they even have stuff for squirrels. Since I'm a regular shopper the staff and I chat openly and most friendly. As we were getting in the car my husband casually goes... do you know all them they act like your friends. I responded we are friends and they like the stories about our vindictive birds and squirrels. That's exactly how I feel like it's always visiting friends.

Friendly attentive staff. I ordered multiple 20lb bags of birdseed, a sales associate that was not currently helping a customer and who was not helping me at the register, heard my order and loaded up a cart to wheel it out to my car. He made checking out even faster and more efficient!
