It was my first visit to the store, and I loved it! Great selection of merchandise and excellent customer service.

Carol was able to advise me on my purchase and had some good insights and information. I do think that almost $200 for a birdbath is absurd, but at least with her advice I felt confident I was getting a good choice--there's no one knowledgeable at a place like Lowe's.

Very helpful carried my purchase to my car. Loved the gift for renewing my membership the birds love it also.
