I have been shopping at this store since for years, I think to be highly satisfied I would have needed to see something exciting. There was nothing wrong, the store was brighter that the last time I was in and rearranged nicely. No improvements needed, it is probably my frame of mind today.

only dissatisfied due to the high cost of birdseed. our birds love wbu seed, though, and we get such a variety of birds, that we continue to purchase the no mess no millet blend.

I’ve been a very long time customer of this company and the stores I’m satisfied with the employees, the product , the variety but the prices are jut somewhat steep on the bird feeders and some accessories. I still buy alittle bird seed but have gone to Rancocas nature center for a lot of my seed. I get a discount every time I buy and once or twice a month they give additional discount to there members like myself. It’s a good price.

Feeding invasive non-native birds out front is disturbing and the price points (i bought suet) are higher than i want to pay. Lower priced items (which i was told are inferior) are not offered so i will go elsewhere.

Did not have the same selection as the store I use to visit (but closed) did. The lady at the register said she was out of bags and I had a bunch of little stuff to carry....I asked are you sure? How can a retail store run out of bags...there aren't any in the back? Nope.... then I get a coupon and I say, I better use this now (since I have to save the paper it printed on, it's not attached to my account) at which point she says, ok let me get some bags from the back.....wtf

A new employee waited on me. She was very pleasant & tried her best to help me. She looked up answers in a book when she did not know the answer; I assume that was what she was instructed to do. This is not satisfactory. Another employee plus the owner were there & could easily have heard the conversation. Neither stepped in to help; again I assume this is how the owner wants the new employee to learn. But, the one on the short end of the stick is me. Birding supplies can be purchased from many sources. I give my business to WBU for the expertise. I spent almost $100 at this visit, but left very annoyed. The owner should have stepped in and helped; I was not there to help her with employee training. I was very annoyed.
