i’ll because I had asked for the no mess blend with millet and received no mess blend without the millet however I did call back to make inquiries and Lisa returned a call to me and apologized and did offer me a bag of millet which I will not come by to pick up because it’s just out-of-the-way for me right now and I also didn’t have to pay for something that I didn’t get it was priced for what it was so that was fair . So I was pleased that I received the car and I will also be more careful to notice what I’m getting regardless of what I asked for thank you so very much .

It was not really a purchase. I had some feeders cleaned for a very agreeable price. Maybe your next survey should include purchases and/or services. Happy with service provided!

Asked for curbside pickup, but order wasn't ready. Didn't matter because there was no one else in the store except me, Lisa grabbed things I ordered off shelf and I was out in less than ten minutes, all masked.

I bought 3 cases of pepper suet and it came with an extra one to make a bakers dozen. This time I was charged for the 3 extra packages when in the past they were free. I don’t know if it was because they were on sale or not.
