Mary was very friendly, helpful etc to me, a first time buyer, but I am very dissatisfied with the products proposed. My usual array of pretty birds boycotted the Birdacious Bark Butter Bite seed which was supposed to thwart squirrels. They too refused this seed. My seed bell hung on the apparatus fell off after two days due to rain and just laid in clumps on the ground. We will go back to our former, cheaper seed, “Songbird”, multi bird with fruits and nuts.

There is not quite the selection of some things i.e. cylinders but I understand everyone is struggling with supply chains.

I put my order in n didn’t receive a email confirmation so I thought it didn’t go through. I made another order n I got the email confirmation right away. I received a call from store to pick up both orders. I said to cancel one of the orders. The second was refunded not the first bc it was over 24 hrs.

I haven't had one hummy use my feeder since I bought it. One looked at it, then flew away.

We ordered some seed and were excited to use the coupon for a free cylinder of bird seed, it always seems that there is some fine print and we don't ever qualify for the customer appreciation gifts like the cylinder, it's always a let down. The staff were kind enough to call but it remains a disappointment.
