Day after I placed the order (approx $100 on 3/17) there was a “Peeps” spin the wheel offer. This is not the first time I have missed a special by one day.! I called on 3/18 to see if they would honor the special since I ordered the day before. I was told a particular person would get back to me to possibly “do something” for me since they want their customers to be satisfied. It is now 3/22 & no one has called. I have spent a considerable amt of $ in the last few years. I would have thought under the circumstances there could have been some consolation offered for my continued business. (I actually could have waited to place my order OR I would have canceled my order & then placed the order on the 18th. Unfortunately the order had already been shipped) All that being said I want to say I am very satisfied with the quick shipments, the free shipping over $79, & how well packaged each order is. The employees are very pleasant. I am just very frustrated that this is not the first time I missed a “special” by one day! I really thought someone would have contacted me one way or the other.

Mostly related to price that I don't highly rate my experience. I could get seed at a lower price but like to support local businesses and do business with folks that share my appreciate of our feathered friends.

The store decided not to carry a product that I have purchased regularly - a high quality catnip toy that is an unparalleled favorite for my cats and for gifts. No reason given; just told that the store will no longer carry these.

I had to return the item to the store to make an exchange which does done extremely easy and the sales peopler were extremely bnelpfhjl.

Check out was very slow. Took us about 25 minutes to check out. Phone order held up the process

It's expensive but I guess my birds are worth it. Seems like every time I go in store, there is some holdup...... a new promotion that doesn't work right, too many people in line, different label on product I look for, etc. I think I'm better off ordering ahead for pickup and not shopping.
